1. Who processes your data
The controller is Individual Entrepreneur Anton Donnik, Georgia, identification number 345854328, address: Egnate Ninoshvili Street N2, Batumi. Data questions: support@talk-bridge.com.
Where payment is processed by our authorised reseller acting as merchant of record, that company processes payment data as a separate controller under its own privacy policy; its details appear at checkout and on your receipt.
2. Our core principle: we never store audio
The sound of your speech is processed in transit - recognised and immediately discarded. No audio recordings of meetings are kept by us or in our backups.
We also do not ask for your first or last name. An email address is enough for an account, and you choose your display name in a room - your real name is not required.

We never receive or store card details - they are handled by the payment provider.
Logs. We do not write the content of speech or translations into our logs.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. The following processors act on our behalf:

The current list is maintained on this page; we notify you of material changes.
Transfers outside the EEA. Some processors are located in the USA, and Georgia is not covered by a European Commission adequacy decision. Transfers are made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary safeguards. A copy is available on request.
5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data and receive a copy; to correct inaccurate data; to erase it; to restrict processing; to object to processing based on legitimate interest; to receive your data in a machine-readable format; and to withdraw consent - withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand.
You can delete your account yourself in your account settings and in the mobile app. For anything else write to support@talk-bridge.com - we respond within one month.
If you believe we have infringed your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
7. Country specifics
- EEA - the General Data Protection Regulation applies. - United Kingdom - UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply. - Other countries - Georgian data protection law applies, together with the mandatory rules of your country of residence. - California - we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's data; if such data reaches us, tell us and we will delete it.
9. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and settings, and website analytics. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only with your consent, which you can withdraw in cookie settings.
10. Security
Encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, access logging and regular updates of components. If a breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights, we will notify you and the supervisory authority within the periods required by law.
11. Changes to this policy
We give at least 10 days' notice of changes by email or in your account. The current version and its date are always shown at the top of this page.
